Maineville Roof Energy Upgrade with Deck Air Vents
This Maineville home was in need of a little love. The roof had gone through it's useful life and was ready for an upgrade. There was no intake ventilation so we added deck air intake to work with the ridge vent and increase the airflow for higher energy efficiency. These shingles will last 30+ years with this new GAF system.
